these lines tremble to be read, the splayed ribs; the curved neck, begging for teeth; the lips heated, parted, and the nape lit like a thousand suns spilling molten curled down the spine, and yet, no eye reads, nothing deepens the depth of gazing and the torment of untouched quakes through; i shudder at the cold, wet earth, no whiff of summer rain;
